PopichCo Ventures Inc. (“PopichCo”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, customers, and partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Canada’s Copyright Act, we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement committed across popichco.com and all subsidiary platforms (including EcoScoop360, 1Auto Club, Elegant Jewelry Store, and Flights Gateway).

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by completing the following Takedown Notice and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

1. How to File a Copyright Takedown Notice

To submit a valid infringement claim, your written notice must include the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (e.g., a link to your original photo, text, or design).
  2. Identification of the infringing material and its exact location on our network (you must provide the specific webpage URLs).
  3. Your contact information, including your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A “Good Faith” Statement: “I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  5. A Statement of Accuracy: “The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our agent listed above. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material with its original URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, PopichCo may reinstate the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action against you.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

PopichCo Ventures Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts, service access, or merchant privileges of any user, customer, or vendor who repeatedly infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Note for Canadian Compliance: For claims falling strictly under Canadian jurisdiction, PopichCo complies with the Notice and Notice regime under the Canadian Copyright Act. Statutory notices forwarded to users under Canadian law will not include or refer to settlement demands, payment requests, or demands for personal data, in strict accordance with federal law.
